Moving Forward with Glimpses of the Past, Present, and Future

Finally! The overall Universal energies are moving forward. Maybe not as quickly as you’d like, but forward none the less. One of the important things to understand, is that you need to respect the movement and process of the journey you are moving through. Whether that process is a career shift, relationship changes, or a personal crisis, it’s important to honor, resolve, and release the past, then open yourself for the new paths that will guide you forward.

I say this, because as I have witnessed many clients preparing for big changes in their lives. The bigger the change, the scarier it could be to aspects of oneself that still wear battle scares. Changes can bring up issues and fears such as imposter syndrome, insecurities, vulnerability issues, guilt about leaving someone behind, just to name a few.

It can be confusing, because you may also feel excited about the changes that are coming or have already arrived. Even if you don’t know what’s coming, you can still feel it.

The danger is when you allow your fears to push away the amazing opportunities that are moving in your direction. Don’t let that happen! Please understand that it’s normal for your fears to surface because they represent unresolved parts of your past that need to be released or resolved so you can freely move forward.

A Boulder in the River Slows the Flow

This is a time to be brave, and not hold back. I believe that the Soul within each one of you is pushing you towards a greater degree of expression, connection and authenticity.

Everyone has been in the process of shifting their lives projection in one way or another. For some, these changes are big, for others not so much. However, when these changes happen, they are experienced most strongly during the end of one year and beginning of the next. During this time, you are visited by the past, present and future, because your Soul is preparing you for the next step or leap in your evolutionary journey.

This is always triggering more insecurities, resistance and old fears that stand in your way or limit your forward progress. You may not like it, but it literally is for your own good!

Speaking of fears, I’ve been challenging myself to show more up visibility! Even though I am a speaker, not completely comfortable doing it. I tend to be a bit of an introvert, so I do have resistance with addressing an audience whether they are live or in person. This is something I need to do to spread my message and move my business forward, so speak I must.
