Is it REALLY You?

Embracing Authenticity -

This is becoming a very important subject not only personally, but in business as well. There’s been a demand for transparency that keeps growing…

Yet, I’m realizing that it’s more complicated than you might think.

The need for authenticity from others is actually a cry for authenticity within us.

The outer world is always reflecting what is going on within us.

When we are choosing to experience a world that is kind, accepting, and tolerant, then if we have not been kind, accepting or tolerant of ourselves, we will experience it externally.

Why? Because you cannot experience a world where you are not experiencing the same standards within yourself – it’s impossible.

So, as people show up and behave in an inauthentic way that irritates you, you are the one with the problem, not them.

They are only letting you know that you need to resolve a belief within yourself that is not aligned with the world you say you want to live in.

It’s not easy, I know. Believe me, I know!

At a very early age, because of constant criticism, I lost confidence in myself. I didn’t think I was doing anything right, so I buried my own identity and tried to become someone who would be accepted.

It’s a painful way to live, and most if not all of you have experienced the same.

Through a natural need to survive, you will disregard your own inner truths, thoughts, ideas, even your voice so you can fit in.

It was through a deep drive and need that I began searching for my truth. This resulted in my reconnection with my internal spiritual guidance. I understood the necessity of helping others reclaim their identity, so I evolved from being an energetic healer into coaching. I’ve been studying the science of the mind, especially the unconscious mind and the tricks it can play to survive.
